The researchers proposed a website as an all-in-one learning platform named Cosfinity that is accessible on both personal computers and mobile devices with an app version for greater convenience. To make the website easily accessible for both students and teachers, a QR code version will also be provided and displayed in the classroom allowing users to conveniently scan and open the site using their mobile devices. The website aims to address the three primary goals of the study which is the teaching strategies, instructional materials, and assessment tools since these areas need to be given attention based on the results of the study.
For the teaching strategy, the website features a compilation of video tutorials that provide step-by-step explanations to help students better understand trigonometric concepts. This feature was developed since teaching strategies need to be given attention based on the study’s findings, which indicated a need for more engaging and accessible instructional delivery methods to enhance student comprehension and participation.
In terms of instructional materials, the website includes interactive tools such as worksheets, graphing function integrated, and a built-in calculator including conversions involving sine, cosine, and tangent. This component was included since instructional materials were identified as an area that requires attention according to the study results that providing comprehensive and technology-enhanced learning resources to support effective instruction.
As for the assessment tools, the platform offers a variety of quizzes and educational games that aim to strengthen students’ mastery of trigonometry that make learning both engaging and effective. This feature was developed since assessment tools need to be emphasized based on the results of the study, which revealed the need for more interactive and motivating ways to evaluate student understanding and progress.
Additionally, the website integrates an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant, which allows students to ask questions related to trigonometry and receive instant feedback or guidance. This feature supports personalized learning and encourages independent exploration of trigonometrical concepts in addressing the areas identified in the study that require enhanced support and engagement in learning trigonometry.
